   The cost of broadband (Internet fee) is included; The estimated utility cost for water, heating, and electricity is £90 for studios and 1-bedroom apartments, £100 for 2-bedroom apartments, £110 for 3-bedroom apartments, and £120 for 4-bedroom apartments.

3. Different lease is eligible for discount

   6% off for a 12-month lease; 12% off for a 24-month lease; 25% off in the first year for a 36-month lease (25% in year one, 12.5% in year two, and +5% increase in year three)

   The monthly rent for 3 to 5 months leases has increased by 45%. 6 to 8 months leases now have a 10% increase on the original monthly rent. It is important to note that all leases under 12 months will have an uplift in rent.

5. What is the minimum duration for leasing each building?

   In Montana, Dakota, Alto, and Landsby, there are no leases shorter than 12 months available. Additionally, for any 2 or 3 bedroom apartments, leases below 9 months are not permitted.
