2. 請問押金的金額是多少？

   No booking fee, only a £400 deposit is needed. The deposit should be paid before checking in, and it will be refunded based on the condition of the room when checking out.

3. 如果21/22學年我的課程被取消/延期，應該如何處理？

   If you provide the necessary documents to the apartment for verification before your arrival, they can cancel the contract for you.

4. 如果英國政府發布旅行禁令，酒店房間會有哪些影響？

   公寓可以根據解禁情況將您的入住時間延後。

5. No Place No Pay是什麼政策？

   Bookings for rooms in the apartment for the fall of 2021 are now open. You have the option to cancel your reservation before your arrival if you do not meet the grade requirements. More details about this can be found in the contract provided during the booking process. If you decide to apply for a different apartment, please refer to the cancellation procedure.

6. 可以和好友共居嗎？

   在申請房間的時候，你可以要求與朋友住在附近的房間，但這取決於房間的可用性。記得與你的專屬顧問小姐姐溝通好房型以及與哪個朋友一起住或挨在一起的要求，她會儘量委託公寓幫你們安排。

7. 可以和朋友過夜嗎？

   Yes, you are allowed to have one overnight guest in your apartment when there are no lockdown restrictions.

8. 可以訂房嗎？

   Yes, you can book a room in this apartment as long as you are enrolled as a full-time student and can provide proof of enrollment.

9. 可以在公寓存行李嗎？

   No storage facilities on site. Room storage available with rental fee.

10. 需要退房時整理房間嗎？

    是的，這是合同的要求，同時您也有責任在您的住宿期間保持房間的良好狀態。

11. 擔保人是什麼？

    We will accept a booking without a guarantor but we require the Contract to include family contact details.

12. 是否可以提前入住？

    如果您有提前入住的要求，請聯繫您的顧問老師。如有符合租期要求的空房，並支付額外房租，可以安排您提前入住。

13. 是否需要交納地方稅?

    全日制學生免繳地稅，需提供學生身份證明。

14. 我可以什麼時候辦理入住？

    可以在合約生效時就可以開始辦理入住手續。如果在非工作時間到達公寓，最好提前通知公寓，這樣他們就可以安排您的辦理登記入住了。

15. 如何領取門卡？

    在完成前台辦理check in流程後，可以在公寓前台領取你的門卡。

16. 可以請他人代為領取門卡嗎？

    門卡只能本人領取，為了安全考慮。

17. 可以在公寓內飼養寵物嗎？

    不可以，出租房不允許飼養任何寵物。

18. 如何申請維修服務？

19. 可以在房間內抽菸嗎？

    出於安全考慮，公寓是禁止吸菸的，並安裝了煙霧報警器。如需吸菸，請向公寓前台諮詢，了解吸菸區域。
