2. 公寓設有床品和廚具嗎？

   房間內只提供基本設施，床上用品和廚房用具需自備或購買。

3. 包含帳單的公寓嗎？

   房租通常已經包含了水電網費用，具體事項請諮詢您的專屬顧問。

4. 如果21/22學年我的課程被取消/延期怎麼辦？

   具體請諮詢你的私人顧問。

5. 如果英國政府發布旅行禁令，酒店如何應對？

   請向您的專屬諮詢師諮詢。

6. 我可以和朋友一起合租嗎？

   有些房間不能供兩人入住。如需同時預訂同一套房的兩間，需提前告知顧問以便儘可能安排。

7. 可以邀請朋友在晚上過來嗎？

   朋友住宿一晚是可以的，但超過此期限需告知公寓。

8. 可以預訂房間嗎？

   只需滿18周歲即可退租，需提前告知顧問。

9. 可以在公寓寄存行李嗎？

   不可以,在同學未實際入住之前,公寓不會代存行李；入住後同學可以向前台諮詢。

10. 無需退房前打掃

    入住前公寓會負責房間的清潔，同學入住後，需要由同學自己負責房間衛生清潔

11. 擔保人是什麼？

    擔保人必須滿足兩個條件：英國國籍和國際稅號。如無英國擔保人，需全款支付房租。

12. 可以提前入住嗎？

    如果您需要提前入住，請與您的顧問老師聯繫。如果公寓有可用的空房，並支付額外房租，我們可以安排您提前入住。

13. 是否需要繳納地方稅款？

    符合條件的全日制學生將無需支付地稅。你必須向住宿公寓提供全日制學生身份的證明文件

14. 請問入住辦理時間是什麼時候？

    在簽訂合同後就可以辦理入住了。如果你在非工作時間抵達公寓，最好提前告知公寓，這樣公寓可以安排好check in。

15. 如何領取門卡？

    在完成前台辦理check in手續後，可以從公寓前台領取門卡

16. 可以請別人代領門卡嗎？

    門卡只能本人領取

17. 可以在公寓內飼養寵物嗎？

    公寓禁止養寵物。

18. 如何申請報修？

    聯繫公寓進行維修

19. 不允許在房間內吸菸。

    公寓出於安全考慮禁止吸菸並配有煙霧報警器。如需吸菸，請諮詢前台以了解指定吸菸區域。

20. How much does it cost to make a reservation?

    We don't impose a Booking Fee. To confirm your reservation, a £350 deposit is necessary, but it will be returned when you finish your tenancy.

21. 我什麼時候可以預訂住宿-我還沒有收到成績?

    We have limited availability, so we recommend booking as soon as possible.

22. What are my living arrangements - can I reside with my friends?

    Our accommodation comprises of independent studio units. Depending on availability, you have the option to choose a studio adjacent to your friends. Kindly contact Awehome for further information.

23. 什麼是擔保人？如果我沒有擔保人會發生什麼？

    No guarantor is needed for making a reservation.

24. 可以有隔夜客人嗎?

    You are permitted to have guests overnight with a maximum stay of 5 nights. If they wish to extend, kindly get in touch with our reception staff.

25. Yes, am I still able to make a reservation even though I'm below 18 years old?

    是的。

26. Can I arrive earlier?

    Subject to availability.

27. Is it possible for me to store my baggage with you during the holidays?

    Yes, subject to availability.

28. Do I have to clean my housing before I move out?

    When you move into your studio, it must be returned in the same clean condition it was given.

29. What if my preferred university course for 2021/22 is cancelled or postponed?

    You have the option to postpone your start date or cancel your reservation by sending an email before 01 July 2021, along with a copy of the email you received from the University. Please reach out to Awehome for further information.

30. 如果我沒有得到所需的成績會發生什麼？

    To terminate your contract, you need to send an email to manager of the property.

31. 如果由於政府旅行限制我無法前往英國，會發生什麼？

    You can terminate your agreement by sending an email prior to July 01, 2021. Please reach out to Awehome for further information.
